Great Hotel at a good location, however lot of construction going on in neighbourhood leading to lot of noise starting early in the morning. Works for business travellers but vacationers should avoid!

Good and friendly staff. Good location as its next to the duomo. Both room I booked had. Heating problems

The location is not near to the city centre but it is easy to find and just need 15 mins walk to the centre.

It was noisy overnight kept waking. The room only had a couple of paper cups that leaked and was not suitable for making a cup of tea or coffee. Each time I went to reception they were busy and even when leaving waited 10mins and as car was waiting for me gave up and left key on reception desk. I carried my own case up front steps while porter was talking and was given no direction about we’re to go for elevator. Went out and bought some black tea and cup as only herbal tea n room and fridge did not seem to work. The bed was pushed together and every time woken by noise rolled over into lump in middle were beds joined but had uneven surface - not comfortable. Overall staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel to stay in. The area is also quiet and not noisy. I also like the hotel staff and their service standards.
